Shipping Policy

At Medestetics, we are committed to delivering high-quality cosmeceutical products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the information below on shipping, delivery, and order handling.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.50 on all orders.
    Please note: Shipping promotions or seasonal offers may override this rate.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, with rates calculated based on the selected carrier and service.

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same day when possible.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on weekdays and holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on the selected service)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delivered Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
To properly assist you, please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Outer packaging
  • Shipping label

Lost Packages (In Transit)

If your package appears lost before delivery confirmation, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and/or shipping insurance.

Delivered Packages 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier and supported by Proof of Delivery (POD) — including delivery confirmation and/or photo evidence — the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

At this point, Medestetics is no longer liable for the shipment. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, and refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, checking with neighbors, building management, or reception, and contacting local authorities in case of suspected theft.

7. Returns & Exchanges:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase


How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, contact us via email. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Cosmelan® Professional Pack
  • Cosmelan® Home Pack
  • Dermamelan® Professional Pack
  • Dermamelan® Home Pack
  • Dermamelan® Intimate Professional Pack
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
