1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

Standard Shipping: *Free shipping on all orders over $70. For orders under $70, a flat rate of $8.50 will apply. (Restrictions may apply to seasonal sales and promotions.)

Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options from USPS, FedEx, and UPS at checkout for an additional fee based on the carrier's rate.
3. Processing Times:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same day when possible.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days, depending on the option selected at checkout.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the order from there or through the shipping carrier's website.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

For lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact our support team for further assistance.
7. Returns and Exchanges:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
