Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on:
- Cosmelan Professional Pack - Dermamelan Professional Pack - Dermamelan Intimate Professional Pack - Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Disclaimer: The results of procedures performed with our products are not guaranteed. Results in each patient may vary due to various /circumstances.
cosmelan Disclaimer: Due to a very complex formula, all cosmelan products may change color and texture depending on the manufacturing batch. These characteristics are indicated on cosmelan boxes: "The color change in the cream does not affect its efficacy or activity level."
mesoestetic® follows the guidelines of a pharmaceutical company and sometimes there are color and texture changes between batches. All batches have been checked by mesoestetic® quality department.
2. Any inaccuracies in products shipped or condition received, shall require medestetics to be notified within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
3. Products must be returned within 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE. After the 30 days have passed, if there is a request to return products, then the case will be analyzed, without guarantee of acceptance.
4. If you wish to return less than 6 products charge at a promotional price, for a different reason than these mentioned: shipping damage, quality defect, wrong product sent, unusual reaction. You will be charged the full retail price.
5. Fees: Please note a 15% restocking fee may be applicable on exchanges and returns.
6. medestetics is not responsible for payment or reimbursement for shipping charges. All those returns due to "I changed my mind", "I no longer want the product, I got a better price", late cancellations (over 24 hours after the order was placed), etc. Will have the buyer bearing the cost of the return shipping label, which will be deducted from the refund amount. medestetics offers free shipping on purchases over $75. The shipping label is paid for by medestetics, and it is not issued free of charge by the carrier. medestetics assumes this charge as an incentive to the buyer. However, this incentive will be deducted from the refund at the moment in which the buyer decides to return the purchased product for the aforementioned reasons. medestetics
7. medestetics will not assume the costs related to orders canceled due to reasons such as "I changed my mind," "I was wrong," or "I did not intend to make the purchase." Following the completion of a purchase, various platforms and payment methods, including but not limited to PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Shopify, and others, impose fees associated with the transaction. These fees, once a purchase is canceled for the aforementioned reasons, are non-refundable to medestetics. Consequently, cancellations of this nature will incur a fee equivalent to the charges imposed by the respective platforms and payment methods. Please note that this fee will not be reimbursed to the buyer.
8. Reimbursement: Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the credit into the client's account. Refunds will be made directly to the payment method. Any product refunds will only include the cost of the item and not the shipping costs incurred.
9. Shipping Damages: If the product is received damaged due to shipping mishandling, the product should be kept and returned in its original packaging.
10. Please note that there are certain exclusions that apply to the claim's guidelines - these include items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the website when purchased, and products that have been used past their expiration dates.
11. At medestetics, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services to our customers around the world. However, please be aware that we do not cover tax expenses for international orders.
International shipments will not qualify for returns or refunds unless it is due to product damage during shipping. In these cases, the buyer must provide evidence of such damage.
